Today, there is a significant need for organisations to proactively prepare for the future. Strategic foresight can act as an effective tool for organisations to navigate these future uncertainties and combat complex societal challenges. In this context, organisations should prioritise the understanding of the casual dynamics of unpredictable environments over traditional frameworks and foster collaborative responses to global challenges. The current strategies of organisations give disproportionate emphasis on reactive crisis management when they should focus instead on forward looking strategies. Organisations should integrate foresight with strategy and cultivate adaptable and forward looking frameworks that can truly address deep-routed challenges. At the same time, education can play a crucial role in preparing future leaders who prioritise socially responsible decision-making.
