To mark the fifth International Equal Pay Day - taking place in an Olympic and Paralympic year - the OECD Directorate for Employment, Labour and Social Affairs and the Government of Iceland are pleased to invite you to the upcoming event Closing the gender play gap: Towards pay equity in sports.
The event will bring together experts and World Champion and Olympic athletes for an engaging discussion on gender equality and pay equity in sports, ahead of International Equal Pay Day. Speakers will reflect on progress made so far, the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead, and practical approaches to ensuring fair pay for women athletes.
