Development Assistance Committee Members and Civil Society was prepared by the OECD Development Co-operation Directorate (DCD) under the leadership of Director Jorge Moreira da Silva and with the support of Ana Fernandes, Head of the Foresight, Outreach and Policy Reform Unit (FOR). Jacqueline Wood, Team Lead and Senior Civil Society Specialist in FOR, is the author of this study.
