The Digital Government Review of Argentina was prepared by the OECD Directorate for Public Governance (GOV), under the leadership of Marcos Bonturi.
The review was produced by the OECD Reform of Public Sector Division (GOV/RPS), headed by Barbara-Chiara Ubaldi, Acting Head of Division and lead of the Digital Transformation of the Public Sector work, who also provided strategic orientation and revisions to the document.
Jacob Arturo Rivera Pérez, Digital Government and Open Data Policy Analyst, Reform of Public Sector Division, OECD, drafted chapters 1, 3, 4, 5 and 6, and served as the lead coordinator for this project. Jamie Berryhill, Public Sector Innovation Policy Analyst, Reform of Public Sector Division, OECD, drafted Chapter 2. Reginald Dadzie, Junior Policy Analyst, provided data analytical support and contributed with content for all chapters. Liv Gaunt, Jennifer Allain and Raquel Páramo provided editorial and administrative support.
This project would not have been possible without the support of the Government Secretariat of Modernisation in Argentina. The review benefited from the insights and contributions provided by public officials from OECD countries who acted as peers during the OECD peer review mission to Buenos Aires in March 2018, namely:
Mr. Enrique Zapata, Office of the President, Mexico; and Mr. Daniel Hernández, Ministry of Public Administration, Mexico;
Mr. Timothy Szlachetko, Ministry of Local Government and Modernisation, Norway; and,
Ms. Gemma del Rey Almanza, Ministry of Finance and Public Administration, Spain.
The OECD is especially grateful to Mr. Andrés Ibarra, Deputy Chief of Cabinet and Government Secretary of Modernisation and Mr. Rudi Borrmann, Undersecretary for Public Innovation and Open Government and his team (Verónica Ferrari, Antonella Guidoccio, Lucas Gamarnik, Pablo Fernández Vallejo, and Carolina Raspo) for the support provided to the OECD during the whole review process.
The OECD Secretariat also acknowledges the invaluable contribution of all Argentinian public officials and their teams who participated during the peer review and follow-up missions to Buenos Aires and provided valuable revisions and comments to this review:

Under-secretaries Cecilia Klappenbach (Planning of Public Employment), María José Martello (Administrative Modernization), Daniel Abadie (Digital Government), and Laura Borsato (Digital Country).
