The analytical framework informing this report was initially discussed with the ASEAN‑OECD Good Regulatory Practice Network (GRPN) at the 3rd GRPN in Iloilo, Philippines, in March 2017. Findings and recommendations were presented and discussed with the ASEAN Coordinating Committee on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (ACCMSME) in Luang Prabang, Lao PDR and the OECD Regulatory Policy Committee in April 2018. The report was presented to the GRPN at the 4th GRPN meeting in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, in October 2018.
