This report was prepared by the Centre for Entrepreneurship, SMEs, Regions and Cities (CFE) of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), led by Lamia Kamal-Chaoui, Director, at the request of the Danish Business Authority. It contributes to the programme of work of the OECD Committee on SMEs and Entrepreneurship (CSMEE) on green entrepreneurship and of the OECD Local Employment and Economic Development (LEED) Committee on inclusive entrepreneurship, which is co-funded by the European Commission.
