This public sector’s innovative capacity country assessment was prepared by the OECD Directorate for Public Governance under the leadership of Director Elsa Pilichowski. The report was written by Joaquin Collao Jul and Piret Tõnurist with the assistance of Gabriela Coddou, Ignacio Paiva and Adriana Rantcheva. Marco Daglio, Head of the Observatory of Public Sector Innovation, and Carlos Santiso, Head of the Innovation, Digital and Open Government Division, provided guidance and advice throughout the process.
