This report is the result of a peer-learning exercise amongst members of the OECD Development Assistance Committee’s Network on Environment and Development Co-operation. Greening Development Co-operation: Lessons from the OECD Development Assistance Committee was authored by Steve Bass and Paul Steele, International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED), under the overall guidance of John Egan and Nicolina Lamhauge (OECD, DCD). Justine Garrett of the Environment Directorate at the OECD provided comments on the draft. Managerial advice and support were provided by Rahul Malhotra (OECD, DCD). Kim Barba Francken undertook research on OECD members’ environmental policies, strategies, guidelines and tools. The team was assisted by Mari Laikre.
