← 1. The data in this chapter refer to regions in OECD and selected non-OECD countries. Regions are classified on two territorial levels reflecting the administrative organisation of countries. Large (TL2) regions represent the first administrative tier of subnational government. Small (TL3) regions are contained in a TL2 region.
