The SIGI 2024 Regional Report for Southeast Asia: Time to Care was prepared by the OECD Development Centre under the guidance of Ragnheiður Elín Árnadóttir, Director of the OECD Development Centre, and Bathylle Missika, Head of the Network, Partnerships and Gender Division. Led by Hyeshin Park, Economist and Gender Programme Co‑ordinator, the report was drafted by Carolin Beck, Pierre de Boisséson, Estelle Loiseau and Hyeshin Park. The Gender team of the OECD Development Centre drafted the country profiles; Pierre de Boisséson and Isabella López-Trejos designed and coded them using the software R.
