Under the leadership of Elsa Pilichowski, Director of the Public Governance Directorate (GOV) and the guidance of Paulo Magina, acting Head of the Infrastructure and Public Procurement Division (IPP) and Julio Bacio Terracino, Head of the Anti-Corruption and Integrity in Government Division (ACIG), Gavin Ugale and Kenza Khachani co-ordinated the development of this report.
