This report is part of the work programme of the OECD’s Environmental Policy Committee and benefitted particularly from feedback and inputs from delegates to its Working Party on Climate, Investment and Development. The work was carried out by the mitigation team of the OECD’s Climate, Biodiversity and Water (CBW) Division, comprising Aimée Aguilar Jaber (Team Lead), Brilé Anderson, Hélène Blake, Mariana Mirabile, Daniel Nachtigall, and Fatoumata Ngom.
