The review was prepared by a multidisciplinary team, led by Daniel Trnka, Senior Policy Analyst, under the direction of Nick Malyshev, Head of the Regulatory Policy Division, with the encouragement and support of Janos Bertok, Acting Director of the Public Governance Directorate.
