Jane Cheatley co‑ordinated the production of the report and wrote Chapters 1 and 2. Several people at the OECD namely Sabine Vuik, Marion Devaux, Nicolas Larrain, Aurea Oradina Alacreu and Jane Cheatley produced the remaining chapters (3‑15). Cédric Doucet was in charge of the modelling work presented in Chapter 3, with assistance from Aliénor Lerouge who leads the public health modelling team. Aliénor Lerouge was also responsible for the modelling work completed as part of Chapter 4. Michele Cecchini provided overall guidance and strategic direction for this report.
A selection of intervention case studies included in the report were presented at the May 2022 meeting of OECD’s Expert Group on the Economics of Public Health. The draft report was also presented at the December 2022 meeting of the OECD Health Committee.
